NO WAY TO ACTIVATE

Hi,

I'm trying so hard to get my copy active through the code. Despice it is accepted inside the website there's no way I can click an activate button, it's so frustrating! I'm running with the trial but I hope to get help soon.

Anyone else is experiencing the same issue?

I had the same issue but it was fixed by choosing the " Activate on this device" option in your soundID web account. It then showed a popup that allowed me to open the SoundID reference app on my PC. And from that moment on it was properly authorized on my PC.

I should mention that our User Account system (where the license activation and upgrades are performed) is not very user-friendly at the moment, as the entire login-based authorization system is still fairly new to us. For that reason, we are working on a complete redesign of the User Account interface and functionality, so that the process is a lot easier and smoother. This should be released in a few weeks or so. Thank you!

Just a quick follow-up on anyone viewing this thread!
