What is the point of this forum? Literally NOTHING gets answered. Problems are just completely ignored by the company.
I am so sick of flashy websites with ZERO ACTUAL SUPPORT!!

Thanks for the post and apologies for the lag in response time here! 

 

Scott's issue seems to be resolved by a driver reinstall (mentioned in a support request) but we're not sure what exactly was the fault. For anyone else struggling with a similar issue on Windows particularly, I would highly recommend trying various different driver types. We currently have 4 different driver options on Windows available (2 new ones), including the brand new APO driver. See more here: Audio driver types in SoundID Reference app [WIN]
