SoundID Reference v5.0.2 Isn't launching in my PC

I bought this software a few days ago, after installation the app isn't launching and I couldn't even see the ASIO drivers, I tried all the troubleshooting steps mentioned in the support page, but that didn't work at all, but when I installed reference 4  it opened and I could also see the ASIO drivers working properly.
