Once a listening position is calibrated, it would be great to be able to use the software in real time while placing items like bass traps to optimize placement and see their effectiveness. Placing the mic on a stand in a fixed position and enabling constant pinging and analysis would reveal a lot about treatment as it was being performed. I understand that the accuracy of the measurements would be reduced if the mic is in a fixed position and fewer samples are taken, but it would be a real time savings to be able to watch the screen as you treat to optimize placement and discover if the treatment is having any effect.

Cool idea! In fact, we have considered this functionality and discussed it in-house several times.
For now, new product features with larger impact are still taking priority. But this is still somewhere on the list, as a potential project in the future!
