I just wanted to try SoundID Reference for headphones, I started my 23 days trial and downloaded "SoundID Reference.dmg" but when I mount the .dmg, at the end of the installation I've got this message :
"Installation failed : installation of SoundID Reference failed. If the problem persists, please contact the support."

For anyone encountering an issue with installing SoundID Reference on a Mac machine, a common issue is the app install being blocked by Security Preferences. Here's how to check on this: during the software install, go to System Preferences > Security & Privacy, under the General tab. If there is a message saying that an app from Sonarworks SIA (or sometimes can come up as an ‘Unidentified developer’) was blocked, then click Open Anyway to continue installation of the app.
If an issue with the installation continues, please submit a support request as we would need to check further on the specific case.
