Should SoundID Reference work with multiple outs?

I've just upgraded from a simple 2-in 2-out soundcard which was working fine with SoundID Reference v5.

Now I have a Scarlett 4i4 (4-in 4-out), Sonarworks doesn't seem to recognise or be able to access the 3rd & 4th outputs.

If I select 'SoundID Reference' as the Output in Ableton's Audio Settings, I only have outputs 1&2 working. I can't access 3&4.

Am I doing something blindingly obviously wrong?

Is this not supported?

Hi Oli,

Thanks for your post! 

At the moment,SoundID Reference is not capable of calibrating more than 2 outputs at the same time (multi-output is not supported). As an alternative, you can consider using te SoundID Reference plugin in Ableton and use your interface as the output directly. I have taken a note of your use-case for our team's further consideration.
