We are aware of an issue where the Measure app gives an error message during the hardware setup stage, when adding your Sonarworks microphone ID: "Microphone calibration profile download error - Failed to unzip mic archive".
The problem seems to be related to a server issue on our side, and our developers are investigating it for a fix.
Workaround
Deleting the mic file and entering the microphone ID multiple times or trying again after a few hours has proven to work for the affected users. File locations of SoundID Reference

THE SOLUTION DOESN'T WORK. TRIED MANY TIMES WITH NO RESULT. STILL CAN'T PROCEED WITH THE MEASURMENT.
