How to link Reference to my Pioneer XDJ RX?

Hi,

I have bought the Microphone together with SoundID Reference for Speakers & Headphones.
This tool helped to fix the bad sound in my room, I'm verry impressed.

Now I want my sound from my DJ Controller, the Pioneer XDJ RX, also put trough reference. 
But I dont know how to set this. I hope someone can help me?

Im going from the master out to the line in on my Focusrite 4i4. On line out my speakers are connected.
Im getting sound from the Pioneer, but the RAeference filter isnt applied.
