Sorry to hear you were encountering some trouble after one of the updates! I see that you had submitted a support request with our team and my colleague was able to assist with the request. However, I have opened a new ticket with you to check on how things are going now and if any issues still persist.
At the moment, previous versions of SoundID Reference are not available for download from our site, but we are working on improving the download center and hopefully we can implement this download option as well.
