The New Preset system is real mess to be honest.
I use multiple plugin versions in my Control Room. For 2 different monitors and headphones and every time I load, all presets are gone and must be setup from scratch.
This makes Sonarworks completely unreliable in a real work situation. (Windows 10/ Cubase / Nuendo / Wavelab)
Please get this sorted out. It is terrible. Especially in front of clients.

Thanks for your post! Our apologies for the delayed attendance to it from our side!
The issue described dealt with plugin serialization, however, it has been resolved in one of our previous updates (v5.1.0). I see you had also submitted a support request about this and our team was able to assist. I hope using multiple plugin instances in your DAW is working smoothly now!
