Shipping and delivery

This guide provides information on order shipping from Sonarworks HQ with additional details on how the process works.

Shipping

All of the physical orders are shipped out from the Sonarworks warehouse which is located in Riga, Latvia.

Physical orders placed from the US store are shipped by using Express shipping and orders placed from the Worldwide store are shipped by using FedEx Regional Economy service. For European shipments and international shipments, the delivery can take up to 5 working days if there are no delays in the shipping process. If FedEx is experiencing some issues, the delivery time can take a longer period of time. To see the updates, please, check the tracking number information. Parcel delivery to Army bases can take a longer time period (sometimes up to a month for more distant regions), as they are delivered by using the postal service!

 

! Please note that the shipping process can be delayed for external reasons that Sonarworks cannot control. For example, if there are high volumes of parcels handled by the carrier or if there is a delay in the customs clearance processes. 

! Please note that once the parcel has been dispatched from our warehouse, we can't make any changes to the shipping address. So make sure the shipping address that is indicated when placing the order is correct!

! Also, please note that we can't deliver physical parcels to PO BOX. The full address is needed!

 

You can follow the shipping process by viewing the information from the tracking number that is sent to you once the parcel is shipped out. The shipping information is updated once the parcel is scanned in the next parcel handling point.

Please note that the shipping service has been suspended in Russia and Belarus.

NOTE! The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia's new regulations require all customers shipping to Saudi Arabia to include the consignee's Short Address Code/National Address to ensure faster delivery. Learn more here.  Add it during check-out in the Order Notes. 

 

Shipping confirmation email

When you purchase directly from the Sonarworks store, you can expect an order confirmation email from us. 

  • The email will be from Sonarworks Store
  • The subject line will include your order number (SW-US-XXXXX)
  • The email will have your name and details about your purchase including the tracking number if you've purchased a physical item from us

Note! Sometimes, our emails can end up in the SPAM folder, this is something we cannot control. If you have found us in the SPAM, please whitelist the email received, and the emails will become available in your Inbox.
